Lay the garment flat without stretching. Waist is the width across the waistband; for an elastic waist, measure it relaxed. Hip is the width at the widest hip point. Outseam runs from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem. Double a flat width to estimate the garment circumference.
Use these charts to prepare a sampling brief. Choose the target fit by comparing flat measurements with a similar garment, then approve a physical sample. The suggested size range does not indicate ready-stock availability.
Construction and production details
Raw-hem construction and distressed lettering. These knee-length, wide-leg sweatpants feature an elastic drawstring waistband, side-entry pockets and a rear patch pocket. Distressed letter printing and unfinished raw hems with reinforced stitching define the construction. Custom production in fleece fabric is also available.
Consistent fraying and distressed printing. Bulk inspection focuses on fraying depth, the distance between stitching and the fabric edge, matching leg lengths, and print alignment across panel seams. Sample wash tests distinguish the approved distressed finish from unintended print loss, excessive unraveling and dimensional changes.
Manufacturing standards. Our factory has undergone Sedex and SGS audits. Fabric sourcing follows GOTS, GRS and OEKO-TEX requirements, with AQL 2.5 inspections and RSL controls supporting production quality.
Custom cropped silhouettes and graphics. Our OEM/ODM team develops custom fabrics, knee-length patterns, hem construction, original graphics, drawstrings, labels, hangtags and packaging around your approved collection brief.
Sampling and bulk inspection. Flexible production starts at 50 pieces. Approved samples guide hem finishing, print placement and garment measurements. Sampling, production and delivery schedules are confirmed against the final specification and order quantity.
